Usage
Series metal separators
have high sensitivity and can quickly detect and automatically separate various metal substances contained in plastic raw materials, such as stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum, lead, tin, etc. The principle is that when the plastic raw materials containing metal impurities pass through the inlet below the hopper of the separator, a ring-shaped metal detector is installed at the inlet. The detector can quickly and accurately send out a signal, activate the separation valve, and discharge the plastic containing metal impurities through the discharge port to achieve separation. This series has four models with a processing capacity of 100,000 tons, which can meet the different needs of customers.
